It aims to create a three-in-one exchange model of "trade matchmaking + technical exchange + market expansion", providing exhibitors with opportunities to directly engage with professional audiences, helping enterprises understand the latest technological trends in the industry and expand into the Russian and Eastern European markets.

Our team, leveraging our multilingual communication advantage (achieving barrier-free communication with the assistance of professional Russian translators), can respond to customers' technical inquiries and cooperation negotiations in real time. We are more precisely aligned with the characteristics of the Russian market, which is characterized by a strong demand for recycled paper raw materials and increasingly stringent environmental policies. At the exhibition site, we provide one-on-one customized solution consultations for potential customers, effectively bridging market pain points with corporate technological strengths.

As the industry leader with a 76% share of Russia's commercial pulp production capacity, the Ilim Group boasts three large pulp and paper mills and two corrugated production centers, occupying significant market shares in the fields of packaging materials and white paper. In 2014, the group invested $2 billion to upgrade equipment and build production lines at two major production centers in Irkutsk Oblast and Arkhangelsk Oblast, which are now operating at full capacity and stable. In 2022, the group plans to further expand production capacity, diversify product categories, and accelerate its diversified layout.
During this visit, the exhibition group visited its production base on site to closely experience the core strength of a leading enterprise in the industry. At the site, everyone exchanged views with the Yilim Group team on topics such as paper technology. As a leading enterprise that accounts for half of the paper industry in Russia, Yilim's production capacity layout and product matrix also brought new cooperation ideas and market references to the exhibitors.
IV. Summary of Exhibition Experience
At this exhibition, our company leveraged its full-category product matrix (products in four major fields: pulp making, paper making, household paper, and wastewater treatment) and customized technical solutions to form its core advantage. Coupled with a multilingual communication team, we accurately matched the Russian market's demand for environmental protection technology and efficiently connected with potential customers. The team worked efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination from exhibition preparation to on-site reception and technical negotiation. Professional explanations effectively conveyed the highlights of product technology.
However, there was also a problem of failing to reach more potential customers in advance. In the future, we will summarize our advantageous experiences, strengthen the collaborative model of "offline exhibition participation + online preheating", optimize the customer reception and follow-up process, and lay a solid foundation for expanding into the Russian and CIS markets.
